We acquired 10 to 20 sales leads every month for the company providing software services through digital marketing activities from the Vietnamese market, and conducted sales communication with these leads by telephone, email, and using marketing materials.

 

We set appointments as needed, created proposal materials and quotations based on potential customers’ requests, made presentations, etc., and continuously get contracts with companies in Vietnam.

 

Since the product needed to be localized, we assigned a local vendor and suppliers to localize it. We also provide customer support after the customer starts using products.

1. Setting up a minimum provision system for products and services

​We will set up a minimum system and organization to provide products and services necessary to acquire leads. It includes the translation and localization of sales materials and products / services, providing information and sales training to our sales team, and implementing the activities to acquire sales leads. The customer may not need to fully localize the product and service at this stage as long as we can conduct sales and marketing activities.

2. Implementing the activities of acquiring sales leads

We will implement marketing activities to acquire sales leads. An advertising budget will probably need to be set depending on the product, service, plan and situation at this stage.

3. Continuous sales activities and reporting the result to the customer

The result of sales activities will be reported such as the number of sales leads acquired, questions and perspectives of potential customers on your products and services which we confirmed through the communication by phone, email…etc. and any feedback or detailed requirements that we could get through the meetings with the customers if we have any update information. We will localize the product and service, and pricing system and adjust them into the customers’ expectations in order to get the contract.
