Support to acquire IT engineer candidates in Vietnam for the customer which provides IT engineer staffing services in Japan. We developed the landing page, ran advertisements and acquired candidates through the landing page.
We also support the search of the target candidates from the database of local job listing services, and set up the interview with them.
Landing page development
We design the landing page and develop the page according to the customer’s purpose. We have prepared a hosting server in Vietnam and used Wordpress to publish the landing page and set up a contract form to acquire the candidates.
Advertisement management
We operate Google and Facebook ads with the landing page and observe the number of candidates acquisition and advertisement performance by each campaign to improve the performance and keep the cost efficiency of acquisition.
We also develop advertising creatives and contact applicants through the contract form to set up interviews with them.
Search for candidates
As part of marketing activities, we search the user database of local job listing services for IT engineer candidates who match the requirements of job descriptions, and send the interview requests to have an interview with them.
